We do not offer refunds for this program. Therefore, you are encourage to thoroughly evaluate the shareware program before you make a purchase.
- Individual License - Licensed for Personal Use only such as creating your own individual or company website(s).
- Commercial License - Grants the use of XLEcom in a commercial environment to individuals who offer fee based web development services, such as a Webmaster or Web Designer.
We are trying to help out both the first-time web store owners and people creating their own personal websites by offering the program at a significantly reduced price. This is the Individual License price. If you are an individual in the business of offering fee based web development services to others, please select the Commercial License option. For large-scale businesses, please contact the XLEcom developer to obtain a Site License.

We offer Site Licenses for companies that offer web design services on a large-scale basis compared to the smaller individual Webmasters and Web Designers. Examples businesses would be a Web Hosting or a prominent Web Site Design company. For more information on a Site Licenses, please contact the XLEcom developer.
Technical Support by Phone
At this time, Technical Support is provided by Sam Raheb, the developer of the XLEcom program. Technical Support by phone is available for a 30 day period starting from the first day you make a purchase. The hours of Technical Support is from Monday through Thursday 10am to 10pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) and is available only in English. Maximum total support time for the 30 day period is 2 hours. If you decide to purchase the program without Technical Support, you can still purchase Technical Support at a later time. If you did purchase Technical Support and happen to require additional support, you can purchase another 30 day period by clicking on the above BUY button.

For those who do not purchase Technical Support, please check the Forums for possible answers or solutions. There is a Frequently Asked Questions section for users to post both Questions and Answers. Answers to Questions and Comments posted in this FAQ section are from both the Developer and XLEcom users. If you do not currently have an XLEcom Website account, please acquire one by Creating a New Account.
Registration Code will be Sent by Email
Within 24 hours of receipt and confirmation of your online payment, you will be sent a unique registration code. This registration code will be emailed to the address you specify at the payment site. (You do not receive the registration code at the payment web site.) If you want the registration code sent to another email address other than the one you specified at the payment site, then contact our Sales department.
Note: It is very important that you enter a valid email address at the payment site. If it is not a valid email address, we will not be able to reach you by any means, and therefore, you will not receive a registration code.

Entering the Registration Code into the Program
To enter your registration code, open the XLEcom program and switch to the "Product Design" sheet. Next, press the "About" button, then the "Register" button. Enter in your registration information and press the "Register" button. That's it.
